Breeders´ Cup Next For Dubawi Dubawi will try to compensate for his Queen Elizabeth II Stakes defeat in the Breeders´ Cup Mile next month.The Godolphin three-year-old was trying to emulate his sire, the 1999 winner Dubai Millennium, when he lined up in the mile contest at Newmarket.However, the six-runner contest turned into a highly tactical affair with Dubawi first racing down the centre of the track before switching back to the stands´ side rail to join eventual winner Starcraft.Dubawi´s trainer Saeed bin Suroor was disappointed by the colt´s three-quarter length defeat but he is now focusing on the Breeders´ Cup meeting at Belmont Park on October 29.He told BBC Sport: 'We were disappointed with the result but the horse has come back very well and sound, healthy and happy.'Now we will look towards the Breeders´ Cup Mile.'Dubawi could clash again with Starcraft in America as the Luca Cumani-trained horse is also entered in the Grade One race.(C) PA Sport
