Carberry Has Sublime Chance In Champion Philip Carberry believes he has a 'serious chance' of winning the Smurfit Kappa Champion Hurdle on recent ante-post gamble Sublimity.John Carr's seven-year-old was an unlucky fourth in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival last season behind Noland and he returned to the track after a lay-off this season with an effortless 20-length success at Navan.His price has tumbled in recent days and from being available at 66-1 last week, the former Sir Michael Stoute inmate is as low as 20-1 with Sky Bet'Hopefully the way the race will be run will suit him,' reasoned Carberry.'He is a class horse with a high cruising speed and even though he doesn't have many runs over hurdles to his name, he jumps well.'He is very good and everything seems to be going right.
