Collins targets Lingfield Joy for Captain Tracey Collins is hoping to ready Captain Joy for another crack at the All-Weather Championships series. The six-year-old had a productive season last winter on artificial surfaces, recording a hat-trick with wins at Dundalk and Lingfield, in the process qualifying for the big card at the Surrey venue on Good Friday. That run in April saw the Dark Angel gelding beaten just half a length in third in the Ladbrokes All-Weather Mile Championships Conditions Stakes and Collins would like to return. She said: "Captain Joy had a fairly major setback and is only back riding out. Last year we brought him to Lingfield to win a fast-track qualifier and I'm hoping to have him ready to run in the qualifier at Dundalk. "If you don't win a qualifier then you have to run three times in order to get in on Good Friday, but he won't be ready to run three times. "Hopefully we can step things up with his training and he can continue to go the right way."
