Joseph O'Brien's Comfort Zone bids for his second Grade 2 of the season when he lines up for the JCB Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle at Cheltenham today.

The Churchill gelding has made a successful transition to flights in winning two of his three races including the Grade 2 Coral Finale Juvenile Hurdle in Chepstow over Christmas.

His victories sandwich a never-nearer third behind the impressive Lossiemouth in a Fairyhouse Grade 3 in early December, so he brings a strong level of form to Prestbury Park.

Assistant trainer Brendan Powell said: "He's in good form, and I think the ground and track will suit him.

"He probably hit the front far enough out at Chepstow as well to be honest but, just the way the race went, Jonjo (O'Neill Jr) found himself there. When the horse (Dixon Cove) came to him, he picked up again.

"You have Scriptwriter in it and it looks a warm enough race.

"He's a contender at the moment and, if he does it again, I'd say the Triumph Hurdle would be the plan."
