Cork firm first with Irish Champion Hurdle prices

Cashmans, who could not lay the mighty Istabraq for the Champion Hurdle in March this time last week, have been nicely accommodated at 9/4 and have today trimmed those odds.

In just 45 minutes of trading on Sunday`s big event, Cashmans have laid Ned Kelly, including one bet of ?2000 at 9/4, and they have been forced to revise their betting.

They now bet; 7/4 (from 9/4) Ned Kelly, 3/1 (5/2) Geos, 7/2 (5/2) Limestone Lad, 5 Liss A Paoraigh, 9 Milligan, 12 (9/1) The French Furze, 25 Penny Rich, 33 Joe Cullen, Kilcash Castle and Rostropovich.
