Doyle returning to Britain for Craven James Doyle is set to return to Britain to ride at next week's Craven meeting at Newmarket. Doyle has been riding as Godolphin's main jockey in Australia since James McDonald was banned for 18 months ban after he was found guilty of breaking the rules in 2015 by placing a bet. However, Doyle is looking forward to a return to home soil to ride some of Sheikh Mohammed's brightest hopes for the new campaign. "I have enjoyed riding in Sydney again. It was a great experience and I was fortunate to ride some very good horses for Godolphin," Doyle told www.godolphin.com. "Now, I'm looking forward to getting back for the Craven Meeting at Newmarket. "It seems there are quite a few Godolphin horses in the picture for the Guineas, and I am looking forward to stepping up to the plate." Likely Godolphin representatives at Newmarket include Frankel colt Dream Castle, who made a hugely impressive debut at Doncaster at the start of the month. Trainer Saeed bin Suroor has also indicated two of his other Doncaster winners, Benbatl and Bin Battuta, could also test their Classic credentials at Headquarters.
