Duca De Thaix gave Gordon Elliott an across-the-card treble when outgunning Us And Them in the Grade Three hurdle at Limerick.

Us And Them took them along in this two-mile race but was joined by Duca De Thaix at the penultimate flight.

Duca De Thaix and Jonathan Moore took a narrow lead at the last and kept on well to assert in the closing stages.

Us And Them got a runner-up reward at 9/2. Meri Devie the 4/6 favourite, weakened in third approaching the home straight and came home last of the four runners.

Elliott's assistant trainer Ian Amond said: "He had a good run the first day but he got tired and came on from it. He handled the ground well and he has obviously come on from his first run.

"We fancied him the last day and he travelled up like the winner in a decent race."

Elliott also scored with Flawless Escape (11/4) and Apple's Jade (4/6f) at Leopardstown.
