English hoping to saddle duo at Chester Damian English is hoping to saddle his first British runners with both All Ablaze and Cash Or Casualty on course to run at Chester on Friday. Cash Or Casualty has already won four times in 2013, claiming three events at Dundalk before emerging triumphant on the turf at Naas last time. All Ablaze finished 2012 with a flourish, winning twice, and he picked up where he left off when winning at at Dundalk back in March. He is entered for the Sustainable Group UK Ltd EBF Handicap, while Cash Or Casualty is in the Cruise Nightspot Handicap. "Hopefully both will run. All Ablaze needs two to come out. One of the English agents was on looking to book a jockey for me, so that's a good sign!" said English, who is based at Naul in County Dublin. "Both are in great form and we are hoping for big runs. Since we switched Cash Or Casualty to handicaps he has been a revelation and hopefully we still have a few pounds. "The form of the two horses looks pretty solid and there have been plenty of winners come out the the races they have won. Cash prefers good ground, so the ground is no problem for him, while All Ablaze goes on anything. He has won on soft and around Dundalk. "All Ablaze is lightning and we just need him to break well as I've been told the break is crucial over there. We also need a decent draw and a bit of luck." English has enjoyed a fine start to his training career since taking out a licence in 2011. He went on: "We can't believe how well it's been going. We knew the horses were well and Cash winning four (this year) doesn't do me any harm. "I was particularly happy to see Time Travel win at Dundalk last Friday as I had hassled my father to buy him. He needed his wind done since and I was glad to be proven right."
