FLORIDA ENTERED FOR CHAMPION CHASE

Florida Pearl has been entered for the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival for the first time.

The Willie Mullins-trained gelding has scored twice at the Festival before in the Bumper (1997) and the Royal & SunAlliance Chase (`98), and been placed twice in the Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup including when runner-up to Looks Like Trouble in 2000.

However Mullins described the Queen Mother entry as `speculative`, and `the Gold Cup remains the target`.
