Fairyhouse to water track ahead of Grand National Fairyhouse Clerk of the course Joe Collins has decided to water the track at Fairyhouse tonight. "The Met office tells us that we will have no rain until midday tommorow and even then we are only due between 5mm and 6 mm," said Collins. "We intend to water tonight in order to have the ground on the yielding side of good for tomorrow." There were 12 withdrawals from Sunday's meeting at the Co. Meath track due to the condition of the ground.
