Fallon Keen On Powerscourt Chances Kieren Fallon is looking forward to taking on the best in America with Powerscourt again following their emphatic triumph in the Arlington Million. The five-year-old, trained by Aidan O´Brien, made amends for being disqualified in the Chicago showpiece 12 months earlier when romping home by three lengths from Kitten´s Joy last month.Powerscourt´s likely target is the Breeders´ Cup Turf at Belmont Park on October 29 in which he finished third at Lone Star Park in 2004.'He went through them so easily at Arlington. He was by far the best horse and he proved that the year before, unfortunately he just went left with Jamie (Spencer) and got disqualified,' Fallon told At The Races.'He went on to the Breeders´ Cup after that and things didn´t go his way that day.'He kicked away them out of his way in the Arlington Million. The further he went, the further he went away this year and he´s obviously back to his best, if not better.'He´s beaten all of these horses before so I can´t see why he wouldn´t be a contender providing everything goes his way. You need a lot of luck in the Breeders´ and at least you´re halfway there if you have the horse.'(C) PA Sport
