Fifth winner of the Harvest Festival for Eoin McCarthy Trainer Eoin McCarthy's week at Listowel just keeps getting better and the victory of Regards To Rose in the Trant Goodwill Stakes Handicap Hurdle gave him his fifth winner of the Harvest Festival. After yesterday's double at the north Kerry track, the 7/1 chance completed another brace for the trainer after Ollie La Ba Ba's win in the previous contest. The point-to-point winner, who was gaining her first win under Rules, tracked the leaders before hitting the front travelling well at the second-last where stablemate Kingdom Calling, in third at the time, came down. Ridden out after the last by Gary Noonan, the six-year-old scored by two and three-quarter lengths from Inchiquin Maid. 3lb claimer Noonan has been on board three of the McCarthy stable's winners this week. McCarthy said: "I'm delighted as Mick (Mortell), who also bred the mare, is in hospital and this will help in his recovery. They have been very good to me and I'm sure they will hold on to this mare to breed from in time. "She is just a lovely mare and bumped into Emily Love at Limerick (in May) so I'm delighted she got her day. She will be a nice mare over a fence in time." Regarding his yard's form, he added: "This is unbelievable and everything is happening for us: the horses are jumping, travelling and the gaps are just opening. It is champagne stuff!"
