Florida Pearl Novice Chase preview Trainer Mouse Morris feels Nambour will need to raise his game to make his presence felt in the Florida Pearl Novice Chase at Punchestown. A high-class hurdler for Willie Mullins last season, the six-year-old has since switched stables following the well-publicised split between the champion trainer and owners Gigginstown House Stud. Nambour made a successful start to his career over fences at Galway last month, a feat matched by four of his five opponents. Morris said: " I'm happy with him and hopefully he'll run well. "There's only six runners, but it will take some winning. "Hopefully our horse has improved since Galway, but I think he'll need to have done. "I think it will depend on which horse has improved the most." Gordon Elliott saddles three runners, with Down Royal winner A Toi Phil joined by Tipperary scorer Jetstream Jack and Roscommon victor Space Cadet. Gigginstown have three representatives in all, with Nambour and A Toi Phil running in company with Disko, who won on his chasing bow at this venue. The latter's trainer Noel Meade said: " He's in good form and all is well. "It's a good race - it might as well be a Grade One. It looks very strong. "We're happy with our horse so we'll see what he can do." The field is completed by John Ryan's outsider Georges Conn.
