Four up for Twiston-Davies at Perth After Irish success in the first two races at Perth courtesy of Supercede and Time Machine, Nigel Twiston-Davies dominated the rest of the card, the Gold Cup winning handler saddling a four-timer. Frontier Dancer made an impressive chasing bow in the 3.20 under Imperial Commander’s jockey Paddy Brennan, the Ardrahan, County Galway pilot also being the man on top of Swincombe Rock, a well-backed and fluent winner of the 4.50, the Brewin Dolphin Investment Management Handicap Chase and The Cockney Mackem, a good winner on his debut in the bumper. Ex-Irish ‘pointer’ De Bansha Man (bought out of the Tom Keating-yard for 37,000 guineas by Highflyer Bloodstock) was the other Twiston-Davies winner, that one being steered to victory by the trainer’s son Sam. Brennan’s fellow Galway man, Graham Lee also got on the scoresheet courtesy of Jim Goldie’s Regent’s Secret.
