Free & Outlander clash again at Limerick Limerick's St Stephen's Day action has drawn plenty of the leading names of jumps racing, with the feature Grade Two Shannon Airport Novice Chase attracting a couple of high-class prospects. Free Expression and Outlander met at Punchestown in November, with the Willie Mullins-trained Outlander beating Gordon Elliott's unlucky-in-running Free Expression then, and while Outlander has been absent since, Free Expression subsequently took third place in the Drinmore. Also in the line-up are Outlander's stablemate Avant Tout, chasing a hat-trick, while the only mare in the race Emcon was narrowly touched off in Grade Three company recently. Mullins is represented by half the field in the four-runner Signplus Hurdle, with his Kalkir taken to beat off stablemate Buiseness Sivola. The pair were high-class juvenile hurdlers last season and while Kalkir pulled up on his most recent start in the Triumph Hurdle, he does have a slight edge on previous form. Elliott's Whistle Dixie, in the Gigginstown colours, is likely to take the beating under top weight in the O´Kelly Brothers (Mares) Handicap Hurdle, while Paddy Neville's locally-trained Rightville Boy strives to follow up his recent Thurles win in the Ladbrokes Ireland Handicap Chase.
