The attendance figure at Galway for Ladies Day was 37,033. Last year 42,789 were at Ballybrit for the Thursday card.

The Tote aggregate for today was €960,072.48. Last year they went well-through the magic million mark on €1,237,579.61.

In the ring the decline was €2,754,732 down to €2,091,794 this year.
