Geraghty feels Expression will improve Barry Geraghty expects Free Expression to improve for the experience after finishing third in the Grade One Drinmore Novice Chase at Fairyhouse last weekend. Gordon Elliott's charge won twice over hurdles last term but he has yet to get his head in front in two starts over fences. Second on his chasing bow, Geraghty admits he was up against it when pitched at the highest level last Sunday. He told his At The Races blog: "Free Expression ran a nice race in the Drinmore. "He is a maiden over fences who was taking his chance in a hot Grade One race. "He travelled and jumped well, but the ground was probably soft enough for him, and he had no answer when No More Heroes and Monksland kicked on from the second last fence. "He should come on for that though, it was just his second chase, and he remains an exciting prospect."
