With plenty of rain on the way - already arrived in many parts of the country - the going could certainly change for the huge weekend fare.

Currently at the Curragh it's good to firm (Round) and good, good to firm in places (Straight). The weather forecast is for 10 to 20mm of rain, expected Friday PM into Saturday AM.

Leopardstown is good to firm, firm places (outside) and good to firm (inside). Rain, possibly heavy, later today, clearing by dawn Saturday.

Down at Listowel in advance of the Harvest Festival, which starts on Sunday, it's good to yielding, yielding in places (NH). There was 15mm of rain overnight and further rain forecast for the County Kerry venue.
