Ground eases at Roscommon The going has eased considerably at Roscommon today following a number of showers, and is currently described as yielding on the flat course and good to yielding on the chase course. The advance going yesterday morning was good, good to firm in places on the chase course. Clerk of the Course Lorcan Wyer warned that the going could deteriorate further saying, “The forecast is for more rain this evening, and another heavy shower or two could easily turn the flat course to soft.” Alan Magee
