Ground now soft at Sligo The going for this evening's Flat meeting at Sligo is now soft following 6mm of rain. The first on a seven race card at the north-western track gets underway at 4.55pm. Racing tomorrow is at Bellewstown where the first session of a two-day fixture takes place. The Flat track is currently described as good (good to firm in places), while the National Hunt track is good to firm. The ground at the Curragh has eased to yielding after 8.9mm of rain overnight ahead of their meeting this Saturday. The weather forecast is generally dry for today and tomorrow. Alan Magee
