The Dermot Weld trained Princess Highway is all set for the Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh next Sunday.

The daughter of Street Cry ran out an ultra-impressive six length winner of the Group 2 Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot last time out and she is now set to take the step up to the highest level.

After the win of Encrypted Message at Naas yesterday Weld said: "Princess Highway is in great form. We would prefer a dry week as she would rather better ground but she is a definite runner."

Weld went on to talk about his team for Galway saying: "The weather will decide my Galway team. Most of my horses love good ground and the ground at the minute could have a dramatic effect on my team for Galway."
