IRISH JOCKEYS STILL IN FRONT The Irish team stills leads the annual jump jockeys challenge against their Australian counterparts after the latest leg of the series at Flemington earlier today, writes Alan Magee.The Hyland Sportswear Hurdle was won by Calcavecchia with Craig Durden in the plate, but Jimmy Mansell and Sean McDermott finished third and fourth respectively. `I`ve never gone so fast in a race in my life,` said Mansell after partnering Bubble Gum to finish ten lengths adrift in third, with the time of the race just outside the course record for 2860m.The Irish team hold a strong lead on 47 points compared to the home team`s tally of 28, and Warrnambool hosts the next leg this evening.Alan Magee
