Inspection at Redcar Redcar's meeting on Sunday is in doubt due to waterlogging and an inspection will take place at 7.30am on Friday. The course has had to suffer prolonged periods of sustained wet weather and there are several puddles all over the track. Acting clerk of the course Steve Gofton said: "We'll have a look tomorrow morning at 7.30am. "There are patches of water everywhere and we had another nine millimetres overnight. "The weather is due to pick up but not until Sunday and that could be too late. "It was reasonable last weekend but on Monday morning we still had waterlogged patches."
