Trained in County Tipperary by David Marnane, the seven-year-old has been kept busy this autumn and was last seen finishing second in a valuable handicap at Dundalk a week ago. Group Three winner Goken represents Kevin Ryan's stable, having previously been in the care of French trainer Alex Pantall, while David Lanigan saddles Newmarket Listed scorer Polybius. Other interesting runners in the fast-track-qualifying Listed contest include Jeremy Gask's stable stalwart Medicean Man, Karl Burke's Rivellino and The Queen's Touchline, trained by Michael Bell.
