King Keano all the rage at Stratford The opening Maiden Hurdle at this evening's meeting at Stratford has seen a sustained gamble on an Irish trained and owned runner. King Keano, trained in Co. Cork by Liam Burke and owned in partnership by Martin Baker and Aiden Woods, has been backed from 20/1 early this morning into 5/1 by mid-afternoon. The horse's only previous racecourse outing does not shed much light on his ability as it took place in dense fog at Fairyhouse last November when he was a well beaten 17th of 21 runners.
