The Mark Molloy-trained Koeur A Prendre (10/3) was the winner of the Cummins Homevalue Hardware Handicap Hurdle for jockey Daniel King.

The six-year-old son of Estejo has been second on both of his last two starts, and off a mark of 94, capitalised with a good performance to earn his first victory. He travelled well throughout ,went second into the straight and led in the final 150 yards to gain victory by a length

"He's a lovely horse, but you've still got to do everything right against handicappers," said Molloy.

"He had two competitive runs since getting a mark and is learning all the time.

"He has always shown pace, and last time out he was always travelling well, so I wasn't concerned about dropping back in trip.

"It was a rush to get him to Killarney and I knew he had come forward since then.

"He jumps a fence very well and should have a future at that game.

"It's lovely to come back to Ballinrobe, it's been a lucky place for me."
