Andrew Leigh reports himself to be badly bruised on his back and chest after a fall from All Fired Up at Kilbeggan last evening.

Sean Byrne's gelding was still in front when coming down two out in the opener and Leigh said: "I was in terrible pain after the fall."

He went on: "I'm not too bad today and thank God nothing is broken. I'll be out for ten days or so to give myself a chance to recover.

"I still had a small chance at the time but Davy Condon (on Honourable Emperor, eventual winner, badly hampered by All Fired Up's fall) tells me he was going very well. I hear he bolted-in after so I don't think I missed out on a winner.

"I hear all the other lads that got falls there are okay and this is just the sort of stuff that happens with summer jumping." (EM)
