Leopardstown to address roadway issue The Stewards interviewed Lorcan Wyer, Turf Club Clerk of the Course, Pat Keogh, CEO Leopardstown Racecourse and Ms. Nessa Joyce, Racing and Operations Manager Leopardstown Racecourse, after the first race having seen two horses lose their action crossing the roadway shortly after the start. All concerned acknowledged that there is an issue with the road crossing and they stated it was the number one priority presently for the track to rectify, and they outlined potential remedial plans, subject to engineer reports. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.
