Limerick next up for Aunt Nora

Pat Fahy has the Dawn Run Mares Novice Chase at Limerick in mind for his recent Grade Two winner Aunt Nora.

Fahy could then send the nine-year-old daughter of Kayf Tara across the Irish Sea in search of suitable races.

"There doesn't seem to be much about here for her as she doesn't qualify for a race at Thurles I had my eye on," said the County Carlow handler.

"The Grade Two (Dawn Run) at Limerick in March is one target we have in mind.

"If I have to go to England with her then I will because she's a good traveller and I'm not prepared to have her bucking and kicking at home if there are no races and she's in good form.

"I'll freshen her up as she had two quite quick runs.

"She might be nine but she's quite lightly raced."
