Lyons Takes Positives From Ardhoomey Run Ger Lyons believes there is plenty more to come from Ardhoomey this season after his fine run at the Curragh on Sunday. The five-year-old was beaten half a length by Aidan O'Brien's Acapulco, conceding 10lb to the former Wesley Ward-trained filly. Lyons said: "This might sound silly, but it's going to get easier for him from here because he's going to have no penalty. "We'll have to see now whether we go for the Temple Stakes or wait and keep him fresh for the big race in Ascot (King's Stand). We're only a month away from Royal Ascot. "We'll concentrate over five furlongs. He's as honest as anything and we might just fall into one this year. We're lucky to have him. "We're not going to win a big one unless we launch at one. From here on in he's not going to be conceding weight. "You can't knock that performance giving that weight to Acapulco."
