After the controversial trotting up incident prior to her run in the Irish 1000 Guineas, the Danny McLoughlin trained Magny Cours will bid to get her season back on track with a run in France next month.

Speaking at Navan, after sending out the first two home in a Listed race on Sunday, McLoughlin said: "She is going to go to Deauville on the 4th July for a race called the Prix Amandine. It is a Listed race, a similar race to this (Kooyonga Stakes) to be fair, for three-year-old fillies.

"Any horse that has won a Listed race carries a 4lb penalty, so she has obviously been placed in two Group 3's. She is not a Group winner or a Listed winner, so she will get good conditions.

"She has come out (of Curragh) good. She has had time in the paddock and stuff, and there's loads of time between now and France."
