Maidin Moch scores for Bolger

The familiar colours of Jackie Bolger were seen in the winner's enclosure this evening when 11/2 shot Maiden Moch landed The Barclay Communications Handicap under Kevin Manning.

The Jim Bolger trained High Chaparral gelding chased leaders, improved to dispute lead from over 2f out, led over 1f out and kept on well under pressure to hold off 100/30 favourite Lord Rathvinden by 3/4 length.
