Master could turn out again Seigemaster could line up in the Irish Grand National after returning none-the-worse for his fall in the Topham Chase at Aintree last Friday. Dessie Hughes' charge fell at the eighth fence when tackling the National fences for the first time but is reported to have come out of the race in good condition. The Gigginstown horse claimed the Thyestes Chase earlier in the season and ran well at Fairyhouse last year when leading turning for home before eventually fading and falling at the final fence. “He looks fine and fell early enough,” said Hughes, speaking at the weights launch today at Fairyhouse. “It didn't seem to take too much out of him and he may go. We'll see what Michael (O'Leary) says as he has a few other horses in it. “He ran well here last year, when the ground was dead, and led into the straight. He'll like the better ground and may run.” Hughes has three other entries in the 3m5f marathon but Done Deal is likely to wait for Punchestown. “Western Charmer has a fair enough weight (10-6) and would like nice ground. “Sarteano will definitely run if getting in. He's a real top of the ground horse and is an out-and-out stayer. I think he could run a big race.” Gary Carson
