Matron a possiblity for Marvada Marvada is set to go in search of more Pattern-race glory following her game success at Naas last Wednesday. Trainer Ken Condon is eyeing another crack at a Group Three, the EBF Fairy Bridge Stakes at Tipperary on August 23rd, after the four-year-old filly landed the re-arranged Brownstown Stakes. And the County Kildare handler has not ruled out a tilt at the Group One Coolmore Fusaichi Pegasus Matron Stakes at Leopardstown on September 8th if the race cuts up. "We were delighted with her the other day. If anything, the last 25 yards she was going away," said Condon. "She's tough and she deserved it. She's come out of it in great form, as fresh as paint and in good shape. "She has an entry in the Fairy Bridge in Tipperary in August, then she's also got an entry in the Matron on Irish Champion Stakes day. "Leopardstown is up the road for us, so it's not far to go. She has an entry and we will see closer to the time. "If there's a lot of rain, these races can cut up and have just seven or eight runners so we'll just keep an eye on it."
