Progressive mare May Call You Back (3/1f) registered a fifth career success at Gowran today, landing the concluding Pat Carroll's Pub Kilkenny Mares Handicap Hurdle for champion trainer Willie Mullins and jockey Brian Hayes.

Initially unplaced with form-figures of ‘00P0-PP90’ prior to joining Mullins from a neighbouring trainer, the Walk In The Park-mare was today following up a pair of both Tipperary and Tramore-wins, when getting the better of Cousin Kate .

May Call You Back travelled well in the 19-runner race and while strongly pressed by Cousin Kate, she held on well to score by three-parts of a length, with 11 lengths back to third-placed Alright Darling .

Cheltenham festival-winning jockey Hayes reported “May Call You Back is a great money-spinner and is after winning five races now. She handled that soft ground really well today so hopefully she might keep going through the winter.”
