Mellow impresses in Lupe Mellow Park leapt into the Vodafone Oaks picture with a surprise - but emphatic - victory in the Victor Chandler Lupe Stakes at Goodwood today.The once-race maiden belied her 10-1 starting price as she burst into the lead two furlongs out and came home a most impressive 11-length winner, with 11-8 favourite Kootenay just getting the better of Cozy Maria for second place.'I expected her to put up a bold show but I didn`t expect her to win like that!' said winning trainer Jeremy Noseda.'But it is nice to get little surprises every now and again. I am delighted and thrilled.'
