Minaun View makes all for three Minaun View made all in the opening Gowran Park Golf Optional Claiming Race over a mile, securing her third win in the grade this season. Sent off the well-backed 2/1 favourite, after opening 8/1 this morning, she broke sharply from stall 15 and led after a furlong. Patrick McGettigan kicked for home on this filly two furlongs out, and she had enough in hand to hold off the staying-on Mythical Rock (5/1) by a length and a quarter. Ray Cody's Slight Of Foot finished a neck further back in third at 28/1. Aido McGuinness said, "She loves these claimers. In her grade, she's able to hold her own in them. She gets the weight off the horses that are in not to be claimed, so that's a big help. “She's there to be claimed. The lads are from the North. We'll probably try and claim her back, anyhow, and we'll see what happens. She's as solid as anything. "We ran her in Galway but she was a bit out of her comfort zone, drawn wide. In Galway, when you are drawn wide and you have to go hard, it doesn't really suit. "I didn't think she'd handle the ground today, but she did. She's a good fun filly in her grade."
