Willie Mullins fields three as he tries to beat his former inmate Blow By Blow in the Grade Two Underwriting Exchange Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse on Sunday.

Now with Gordon Elliott, Blow By Blow, who won a Grade One bumper when trained by Mullins back in 2016, lumped top weight to victory in the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham.

Elliott also saddles the giant Pallasator, while Mullins runs Ballymore Novices' Hurdle fourth and fifth, Scarpeta and Duc Des Genievres, as well as Real Steel, who finished down the field in the Albert Bartlett.

Patrick Mullins, assistant to his father, said: "Scarpeta and Duc Des Genievres both ran crackers at Cheltenham and came back from Cheltenham in good form.

"Real Steel was disappointing in the Albert Bartlett, but I do think he'll be better going right-handed.

"Blow By Blow is the highest-rated horse in the race and looks the one to beat."

Patrick's Park, Blazer and Bon Papa give Mullins a strong hand in the Boylesports Novice Handicap Chase, with Edward O'Grady's The West's Awake an interesting runner.

In the valuable Tattersalls Ireland Sales Bumper, Mullins runs Pont Aven, Roll Again, Valley Breeze and Yukon Lil, owned by John Magnier.
