Newcastle and Kempton inspect There are inspections for both all-weather meetings in England today. A further inspection is due at 9am for today's meeting at Newcastle after a precautionary check was originally called for 8am. Yesterday's card at the same venue was called off due to the heavy snow. Kempton will stage a precautionary inspection at 11am ahead of this evening's meeting.
