No plans for Casamento Mick Halford is in no rush to make future plans for Casamento following his taking debut success at Tipperary on Thursday. The Sheikh Mohammed-owned Shamardal colt made almost every yard of the running in the seven-furlong maiden and drew away without being asked a question. He does hold an entry in next month's Vincent O'Brien National Stakes at the Curragh but Halford is keen not to look too far ahead at this stage. "I was delighted with him and he looks like he's an exciting prospect," said Halford. "He's a colt we've always liked and he had been working nicely, but it's always better when you see them go and do it on the track. "He did it very well and seems to have come out of it very well, so we'll make plans from here. "He's in the National Stakes, but that was an entry that was made a long time ago. "I haven't really had chance to speak to anybody yet about plans for him and we'll probably sit on it for a few days and see how he comes out of the race."
