O'Brien has four in Craven War Decree is among four entries from the Aidan O'Brien stable as the Ballydoyle trainer seeks to win the bet365 Craven Stakes for the first time at Newmarket on Thursday. War Decree, a 16-1 chance for the Qipco 2000 Guineas in which his stablemate Churchill is hot favourite, has not raced since winning the Group Two Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood. O'Brien is also responsible for Peace Envoy, Taj Mahal and Whitecliffsofdover in a 16-strong entry for the Group Three over the Rowley Mile. Leading the home contingent is the William Haggas-trained Rivet, winner of the Champagne Stakes and Racing Post Trophy. Saeed bin Suroor has put in both Benbatl and Dream Castle, who made impressive winning debuts at Doncaster earlier this month. Godolphin have a third possible in the Charlie Appleby-trained Salsabeel, who showed plenty of promise in two starts last season. Martyn Meade's Eminent and the Richard Hannon-trained Larchmont Lad are also in the mix, while the list is completed by Al Hamdany, Contrapposto, Frankuus, Gulliver, Law And Order and Montataire.
