O´Brien Relishing Curragh Clash

Aidan O´Brien is looking forward to Rumplestiltskin´s possible clash with Flashy Wings in the Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.

Although Mick Channon´s unbeaten filly is not a certain runner in the seven-furlong event, O´Brien would be keen to take her on with his daughter of Danehill.

Flashy Wings is the 7-1 market leader with Coral for the 1000 Guineas while Rumplestiltskin is the 12-1 third favourite after her convincing two-length success in the Debutante Stakes.

That run marked a step up on her previous third place at Royal Ascot at York and O´Brien is hoping for a strong line-up on Sunday as he is keen to see just how good his filly is.

'I think a lot of my filly and I would prefer for her to be really tested to see where we stand, rather than winning an easy Group One race which means very little,' he said.

'The race has all the hallmarks of a mini 1000 Guineas - a proper Group One contest which is great for Irish racing.'

O´Brien could also run Lowther Stakes third Beauty Bright and the once-raced Race For The Stars.
