Paco could have Breeders finale Paco Boy could sign of his racing career with a bid for Breeders' Cup glory following his luckless effort in the Prix du Moulin at Longchamp. Richard Hannon's three-time Group One winner endured a troubled passage on Sunday but was still only beaten two lengths into fourth. While nothing has been finalised, the Breeders' Cup Mile at Churchill Downs is a possible option for the five-year-old. "Paco Boy will stand at the Highclere Stud at the end of the season, but a tilt at the Breeders' Cup Mile in Kentucky remains a possibility," the trainer told his website. "It was a non-event for Paco Boy - he was a bit handier than usual as they went a stop-start pace and he got no run whatsoever and hasn't had a race. "The seven furlongs of the Challenge Stakes at Newmarket on October 16 would suit him ideally and it would be a great way to finish his career on home soil at least. "The problem is that it is a Group Two and he would get a heavy penalty, so we'll have to think again."
