Power bids for Nunthorpe hat-trick Sole Power strives to win the Coolmore Nunthorpe Stakes at York on Friday for a third time. Muthmir and Take Cover, first and second respectively in the King George Stakes at Goodwood, renew rivalry, while the likes of Stepper Point, Medicean Man and Pearl Secret also run. Mecca's Angel is also in the mix following recent rain, as is Mattmu, but G Force is a notable absentee. Caspian Prince, Red Baron and Iffranesia were the three eliminated horses at the final declaration stage.
