Prevalence prevails for Keane and Lyons Prevalence asserted in the closing stages to bounce back in the Silken Thomas and Lock 13 Handicap at the Curragh. The Ger Lyons-trained filly, a Dundalk maiden winner last November, had finished well beaten over course and distance last month. She went to post a 9/2 shot and was produced to dispute passing the furlong pole by Colin Keane. The Dark Angel filly was in control late on as she recorded a length-and-a-quarter victory over No More Porter. Keane, in the Juddmonte colours, said afterwards:- "It was pretty much a non event the last day. Nicola( Burns) felt from the moment she got on her going down to the start, she was a bit quiet in herself. “Maybe we just ran her back a bit quick. She wasn't herself unfortunately but thankfully she bounced back today. On her first run back (finished third here), she was entitled to run well.  "I was drawn wide but I was happy enough as she was a little bit keen the last twice. “She’s a three-year-old against older horses, we got into the middle and got plenty of cover. “She picked up nicely when I asked her and did it well. She handled the ground well and, she appreciates a nice surface." (Quotes by John O’Riordan)
