Punchestown now heavy The ground at Punchestown is now heavy following persistent rain yesterday at the Kildare track. There will be fresh ground on both tracks for Sunday's meeting which features the Grade One John Durkan Memorial Chase. The forecast is dry today, with rain expected tonight and tomorrow. It is then set to be generally dry on Sunday. Navan race tomorrow and the ground is now soft to heavy on both tracks having been heavy yesterday.
