Push It new National favourite

A public gamble on Don't Push It has forced Tony McCoy's mount to become the new favourite for the John Smith's Grand National as the combination bid to repeat last year's memorable win in the race.

The 11-year-old gelding has been cut to a top-priced 9/1 (from 10's) with William Hill, and is generally 8/1 with most of the main firms.

Ruby Walsh's mount The Midnight Club is next best in the market at 10/1, while other leading Irish-trained horses Oscar Time and Backstage are both generally 12/1.
