RUSSELL TO RIDE FOR FERDY MURPHY

Leading Irish amateur Davy Russell (23) has been signed up by Ferdy Murphy as stable jockey following the retirement of Adrian Maguire.

Murphy said:'The deal has been signed and Davy will turn professioal as soon as things are sorted out by the Jockey Club. He is a top class rider and has a great racing brain.'
