Animal Kingdom, winner of the 2011 Kentucky Derby and this year's Dubai World Cup, will face 12 rivals in Tuesday's Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Trained by Graham Motion, Animal Kingdom has proved his versatility over several distances and different surfaces but faces a new task this week over a straight mile for the first time.

However he may have done best with the draw having been drawn in stall 13 right next to the stands' rail.

Taking him on is Aidan O'Brien's Declaration Of War, who flopped when sent off favourite for the Lockinge Stakes at Newbury last time.

Michael Bell's Sovereign Debt and the Roger Varian-trained Aljamaaheer were second and third to Farhh and they will clash again, although the winner misses out through injury.

John Gosden's Group One winner Elusive Kate will make her seasonal debut against the boys while Richard Hannon's Trumpet Major and Libranno also line up.

Gabrial, Chil The Kite, Gregorian, Trade Storm, Penitent and Monsieur Chevalier make up the field.
