Realt Mor shows his worth at Kelso Realt Dubh's brother Realt Mor delivered in style at Kelso today much to the delight of his backers who made him an 8/11 chance from even money this morning. Waterford handler Vinnie Keane started both of these horses off in the point-to-points and his high opinion of Realt Mor was justified as he strode to a fourteen length success in the Duncan Sinclair Memorial Novices' Hurdle. The Beneficial gelding always looked good under Dominic Elsworth as he tracked his chief market rival Rupert Lamb and once asked to go and win his race in the straight the outcome was soon beyond doubt. Kelso's run-in is a punishing task and Realt Mor understandably tired in the closing stages but he still crossed the line a convincing victor in the silks of Northern Irish owner Mrs Pat Sloan. Nicky Richards trains Realt Mor and the six-year-old was making amends for an unfortunate Ayr fall last time.
